About Me

Hi, my name is Caylee Phillips! I was raised in Tulsa, OK and grew up with a very active lifestyle. When I was 18 years old, I fell in love with physical movement. I’ve explored numerous physical activities like HITT, sports, strength-training, and more gentle approaches. When I turned 20, I became consistent with my Yoga practice and began to find mindfulness and compassion in my daily life. I am a 200-Hour Yoga Certified Instructor (Shoutout PowerLife!) Through Yoga, I’ve learned how to connect more deeply with myself and the world around me. My goal is to create a space for others to explore themselves, connect with their surroundings, and have fun in movement! Off of the mat, I love finding new recipes to bake, indulging in a good book, and finding movement in new and fun ways! I’m so excited to deepen your practice with you!
